3.Don't just consider factors such as "tensioned edge and compressed edge" and other factors on the holes of the purlin, and make holes with different upper and lower margins, because it is easy to install reversely during installation, and the result is not good.
4.The angled panels of doors and windows cannot be generalized, asit cannot be guaranteed that the panels are located on the crest or trough of the profiled board during construction.
5.When doing large-scale projects, the convenience of production, delivery, and installation must be taken into consideration when deepening the drawing number.
6.The location of the high-strength bolts should be reasonable, and the construction space of the torque-breaker and torque wrench should be considered. Otherwise the high-strength bolt’s head cannot be broken or the bolt itself cannot be tightened as the space is too small, and the torque-breaker and the torque wrench can not be in place.
7.If possible, the high-strength bolted connection plate should adopt asymmetrical bolt arrangement method. There used to be 4 middle contacts above and 6 below on a plate. The workers in the workshop accidentally reversed some of them when they made the install
8.If the light steel structure has a brick wall, it must be connected to the construction team and the civil construction team in advance, because this involves two aspects of civil engineering and steel structure. The brick wall of the civil construction is likely to be uneven, but the flashing of color steel plate cannot be changed to be larger or smaller. As a result, the gap between the color steel plate and the brick wall is uneven.
9.Anchor bolts are generally buried by civil engineering company, and the drawings will be produced by steel structure manufacturers. Sometimes the civil engineering team willturn the position of anchor bolts by 90 degrees. When reviewing, it is too late. Sometimes the size may be offset by 50~100mm. Therefore, be sure to remind them before construction, it is best to have a written basis for the explanation.
10.The wind-resistant column and the steel beam are connected by spring plates as much as possible, because the down warping of beams of the middle span are relatively large after installation. If the gable beams are connected with the wind-resistant columns by bolts, the roof will be uneven.
11.The layout of roof purlins and the detailed drawings of steel beams should be carefully checked. It is often found that the number of purlins in the layout of roof purlins and the detailed drawings of steel beams does not match.
12.The gusset plate has no stiffeners, and some designers did not even design it, resulting in deformation of the gusset plate during subsequent welding

14.When making strip windows, the stiffeners of the purlins face the window direction, so when the strip windows reach this rib, they cannot go through. In addition, countersunk screws should be used as far as possible when installing purlins with strip windows.
15.The types of steel plates and high-strength bolts should be as few as possible, and the cost of material testing should be considered. Especially when constructing in different placesor countries.
16.There is no insulation layer inside the inner gutter,and a "cold bridge" will be formed indoors, causing dripping and condensation. Anti-condensation paint should be painted under the gutter, or polyurethane insulation layer should be sprayed, other insulation treatments can also be used.
17.The roof panel is made of sandwich panels, then it is estimated that there will be water leakage within half a year (if the span is slightly larger). Its repeated thermal expansion and contraction under the sun should be taken into consideration.
18.How to reduce the conflict of steel columns in steel structure engineering.
In order for the steel column conflict to accurately respond to the steel structure equipment, it is necessary to take corresponding reinforcement measures.
