Advantages and selection of steel gutters
In large-scale workshops, the amount of steel used for steel gutters is also a large part, but steel gutters also have their own advantages, and the wind loads in coastal areas are generally large. If the color plate gutter is used, under the strong wind load, the color plate gutter appears weak, and it is easy to be sucked off by the suction of the wind, and the design of the steel gutter has a great influence on its durability, so the design and selection of steel gutters cannot be ignored.
The most common gutter materials are 1.2mm, 2mm or 2.5mm thick stainless steel; 3mm or 5mm thick galvanized steel sheets; depending on the importance of the building, the cost, and the grades of other materials used. Generally, the depth of the gutters of civil buildings should not be less than 250mm. According to the clearance of the bottom of the roof and the roof of the roof, it is reasonable to consider the space required for the gutter to adjust the slope. Leakage treatment at the slab joint of the color plate gutter

The rivets should be placed on the sealing line. Note that the rivet should be waterproof and should not be pierced with a rivet in the middle. After such careful construction, there is still a water leakage problem. It may be that the silica gel is not full; the rivet is rusted; the color steel plate at the rivet is rusted; the silica gel is ineffective. The main reason for the failure of silica gel is that the ultraviolet light causes the polymer chain to break. The life of a good silica gel between steel plates should be very long.
Steel gutter sagging treatment
In the construction of steel gutters, it is sometimes found that when the column spacing is large and the gutter thickness is small, the gutter will be scratched. The solutions are:

Gutters and downpipes
The size of the steel gutter does not have much to do with the roof area. The height of the steel gutter and the height of the purlin are the same. The main thing is the number of rainwater pipes. The accumulated water area of the rainwater pipe is generally not more than 180m2 according to the rainwater pipe with a diameter of 110mm. The rest is calculated based on this. This will not cause the water in the ditch to overflow. If an exact value is required, it must be calculated according to the formula.
Does the inner gutter need to find a slope?
Steel gutters can theoretically be used to find slopes, and the specification stipulates five thousandths. However, few steel structure companies will go to the slope, and it is more troublesome to deal with nodes only. In fact, the gutter is looking for a slope. I always think that it is the concept of the gutter. Because of the large friction coefficient and poor drainage, the gutter is required to find the slope. The surface of the steel plate is much smoother than the crucible, the resistance to water is small (the friction coefficient is small), and because the steel gutter has a large rigidity, if it is a stainless steel gutter, a gutter bracket is generally added, and the water will gradually discharge, and the load is relatively high. Small, the deflection is not very large, so even if there is water, it is very small, and will soon evaporate. Moreover, the rainfall in the northwest region itself is quite small. From this point of view, the gutter does not need to find a slope. In addition, the outer gutter plays a beautiful decorative role. It is difficult to find the outer gutter after the slope is installed, so the outer gutter does not need to find the slope.
In fact, it is very difficult to find the slope in the inner gutter. Especially, the steel gutter is used around 9m. There will be deflection in the cross, and it will be higher when it is placed on the top of the column. It is impossible to do the downpipe even if it is chlorine. The waterproof layer of rubber is back to the slope, and it can only be slightly flattened. Therefore, the general situation is just after the rain has come to the roof to see that there will be water in the depression. Therefore, we have repeatedly requested that the anti-corrosion performance of the steel gutter must be good. For the color plate gutter, it is not easy to find the slope. You can get such data by calculation, and find the slope according to the minimum of five thousandths. If the water pipe is 9m, the height difference between the two ends of the gutter needs 45mm. This is difficult to make, and the gutters are difficult to handle.
If it is in the rainy area in the south, it is recommended that the inner gutter should find 2% of the slope. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to design and production. When designing, the cross-section of the gutter should have high and low points. The cutting of the steel plate is to be cut according to the slope. High-section and high-section welding during production, low-profile and low-section welding, can be made into a long sloped inner gutter.
