1. During the construction of the steel structure warehouse, the high-strength bolt connection pair should be supplied according to the packaging box, and the batch number, standard, quantity and production date should be indicated on the packaging box. The appearance of bolts, nuts and washers should be oiled and maintained. They should not be rusted and infected, and should not damage the threads.
2. When a general bolt is used as a permanent connecting bolt, when the plan has a request or its quality is doubtful, some bolts should be re-inspected with very small tensile loads, and 8 of each technical standard and bolt should be checked.
3. A re-inspection report and an inspection report should be issued for the torque coefficient of the high-strength retaining bolt adapter. The 8 sets of adapters are extracted in batches for re-inspection, and the average value of the torsion coefficients of each group of 8 sets of convergence should be 0.110~0.150. , The standard error is less than or equal to 0.010.
4. The torsion shear-type high-strength bolts shall be used for pre-tension re-inspection and related inspection work reports shall be issued. Each batch of data shall extract 8 sets of connection pairs for re-inspection.
5. The safety level is level 1, and the bolt ball joint steel grid layout of the steel grid with a span of 40m. 7. The high-strength bolt connection pair should be stored according to the batch number and standard classification on the packing box. It is prohibited to open the box randomly before use to prevent infection of stolen goods.
8. High-strength bolts are collected in one quantity that is required on the day. The steel warehouse should register the applicant, the management standard of the applicant, the number of the applicant, and the application location.
