Transportation route should be the shortest, convenient, small amount of work, economic and reasonable.
The mode of transport (railway, road, water transport and air transport) should be reasonably determined according to the production situation in the later stage, as well as the freight quantity, material nature, external transport conditions and transport distance.
In conjunction with urban construction, it is advisable to be close to the existing city in order to make use of the existing urban public facilities.
