The roof ridge part
The crest of the wave is too high, roof ridge cover can not ensure waterproof; Vertical lap without cement or silica gel, forming a gap and leakage; The roof ridge cover plate is connected with rivets in the longitudinal joint, which causes the rivet to be broken due to insufficient heat expansion and cold contraction strength, so causing water leakage; There is no plug between roof cover and roof board, or the plug is placed improperly and falls off to form water leakage.
The roof cover should be wider, and the slope should be larger;
Cement or silica gel shall be laid at the joint; Replace suture nails; The plug should be matched with the plate. When laying the plug, cement or silicone should be placed on the top.
Spot of roof skylight belt
The pattern of the roof skylight belt is not consistent with that of the roof panel; The crest of the wave on both sides of the roof skylight belt is higher than that of the roof panel. After installation, the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the roof skylight belt is formed due to tight sealing, capillary water leaks into the roof from cracks on both sides of the panel The longitudinal lap length of the roof skylight belt is not enough, and the aging clay loses its viscosity; Longitudinal slime fall off; There is a rigid lap between the roof skylight belt and the steel plate, and the gap in the middle is not sealed.
The waterproof screw is fastened on the upper part of the crest; roof skylight belt at the edge of the plate should be sealed with roof skylight belt firm, lengthways on both sides of the cement to widen, and laid the upper crest, prevent capillary water infiltration.
Opening part of roof
The opening is not waterproof as designed, and the steel plug is not laid with waterproof cement and silica gel; The reserved area around the opening is small, the rain flow is not smooth, easy to accumulate water; The lap around the opening is not waterproof; No structural parts are added around the inside of the opening, forming low-depression water; Waterproof construction exists water resistance phenomenon, form to accumulate water.
According to the design drawing construction and strict construction procedures, laying cement, silica gel; The reserved area around the opening must meet the drainage requirements; The wall and roof must be waterproof processed after opening; Purlin or Angle steel structure should be added as far as possible after increasing the opening hole of the envelope to reduce the envelope deformation; Waterproof construction and installation must be strict and level to make the water flow smoothly.
The cornice part is the main source of water leakage. There is no foam plug installed on the roof outer board, and the roof outer board is not pulled down; The length of the outer board of the wall is insufficient, and there is no waterproof edge on the eaves.
The foam plug should be placed at the same time when the roof outer panel is installed, and the roof outer panel should be pulled under 30 degrees; Edge drawing should be added to cornice according to design requirements.
There are gaps in the welded joints of eave gutter, forming water seepage; The gutter and storm water pipe diameter design is too small, and does not match the slope length of the factory; The gutter end does not make the head plate; The length of roof outer panel into the gutter is not enough, water will flow back into the factory.
Increase eave gutter depth appropriately, let eave gutter rain do not exceed seam.
Connecting part of brick wall and light steel roof
This part is easy to form potential water leakage, roof board and cement wall joint leakage, the main reason is stress mismatch caused by silicone rubber and bonding surface cracking and leakage.
To prevent high temperature deformation, double covered edge closing connection is adopted.When connected with the brick wall, the covered edge should be made a certain Angle and completely sealed; Sealant should be precoated between the edges.
