Installation of the ridge plug (or roof panel upper bend) and ridge board
●Locate the starting datum line of the first ridge board, and set the installation control line of the ridge plug (or roof panel on the bend) and the two sides of the ridge plug in the installation direction.
●Install the ridge plug (or roof panel on the bend), apply waterproof glue to the contact part of the plug and the pressure plate, then install it, seal the plug with waterproof glue to prevent leakage, and install the subsequent plugs in turn.
●Install the first ridge board, and install the first ridge board according to the starting reference line and control line to adjust the positioning. Measure and mark out the positioning plate of the bending water file on the ridge board, cut the mouth with scissors, fix the ridge board on the pressure plate with the specified pull rivet top, seal the fixing parts with waterproof glue, and bend the water file according to the bending positioning line marked out.
3、Installation of flooding, corner wrapping and expansion joint cover plate
●Line up the starting datum line of the first block, and determine the control line of both sides of the board in the direction of installation.
●Install the first block, install the second block according to the datum line and control line to adjust the positioning and fix it on the fixed plate to prevent water glue to seal the fixed parts to prevent leakage.
● Measure and draw the lap positioning line of the second board and the first board on the first board, apply waterproof glue on the lap part of the board, install the second board to adjust the positioning, fix the fixing parts and apply waterproof glue to seal, and install the second board and the subsequent boards in turn.
Installation of gutter
The connection between the two sections of the gutter is butt welding.
● Trench butt welding. Before butt jointing the gutter, polish and clean the cutting mouth, and pay attention to the gap between butt welds not more than 1mm. To improve construction efficiency, several sections of gutter can be assembled together on the ground and then installed, which can greatly reduce overhead work and improve the quality of gutter splicing.
