How to arrange portal frame support and rigid tie bar?
1, In each temperature section or section constructed by stages, support systems that can independently constitute a spatial stable structure shall be set up separately.
2, Transverse roof support shall be provided in the opening between columns to form a geometrically invariant system.
3, The end support shall be located at the first or second opening of the end of the temperature section. The spacing between columns should be determined according to the longitudinal stress and installation conditions of the steel workshop, generally 30 ~ 45m;
When there is a crane, it should not be more than 60m.
4, When the height of the building is large, the supports between columns should be arranged in layers. When the width of the building is greater than 60m, the inner column should be appropriately set up support.
5, When the end support is set in the second opening of the end, a rigid tie bar shall be set in the corresponding position of the first opening.
6, A rigid tie bar shall be arranged along the whole length of the workshop at the turning point of the rigid frame (side pillar top, roof ridge and middle pillar top of multi-span rigid frame).
7, For horizontal trusses, the straight - belly rod should be considered as rigid tie rod.
8, The rigid tie rod can be concurrent with the purlin, which should meet the bearing capacity and stiffness requirements of the bending members. If not, steel pipe, H-shaped steel or other cross section members can be set between the inclined beam of the rigid frame.
The support of the steel structure of the light building with portal frame should be supported by the cross round steel. The included Angle between the round steel and the connected member should be close to 45° and not exceed 30°-60°.
The round steel shall be connected with the beam and column web by special connectors, which shall be tensioned and fixed after calibration and positioning. When there is a crane not less than 5T in the workshop, the support between the columns should be supported by section steel. When inter-column supports are not allowed in the steel workshop, longitudinal rigid frames should be installed.
