c.Set up safety officer and fire prevention officer at the site.

e.All construction personnel on-site obey the command and act civilized.

Safety technical measures

A.Transportation of steel structure components

a.When loading, use the big mat 10X10 wood square to pad the components steadily, and use 2t inverted chain to seal the front and back.
b.After loading, the overall height is less than 4m.
c.Driving speed ≤ 40 km / h, turning or road surface unevenness ≤ 20 km / h.
d.The contact point between the member and the wire rope is padded with rubber.
e.After loading, the position should be in the middle of the car, and the front and back should be sealed with 2t chain (three channels in the middle of the transport), and all the components should be checked frequently in the process of transporting the component sealing rope and inverted chain, and the problems should be dealt with in time.
f.As there are extra-long components to be transported at night, safety briefing should be conducted before transportation, and a special person in charge of transportation is required. The company is required to send full-time safety personnel. The transport vehicle should be installed with wide lights, and there should be a car in front to open the road and a car behind to press and send. And to negotiate with the traffic department for the specific time and route to ensure the smooth flow of traffic.

B.Structural installation construction technical measures

a.The verticality of the column: pre-draw the center line on the two mutually perpendicular sections of the column, and then set up two latitude and longitude instruments for correction from two mutually perpendicular directions.
b.The column centerline on the positioning axis: the centerline of the foundation is popped out on the foundation when the retest, and the centerline is also drawn on the column, so that the centerline of the column coincides with the centerline of the foundation when the first section is installed.

C.Protection of finished products

a.Then transporting the components, choose the vehicle according to the length and weight of the steel components, and use three pivot points for the steel components in transportation.
b.The storage site of steel members is smooth and solid, without water accumulation. The pivot point of each layer of steel members is on the same vertical line when the steel members of the same type are stacked.

Other

a.Entering the construction site must wear a helmet, high-altitude work must wear non-slip shoes, wear seat belts, where the personnel are not suitable for high-altitude work, shall not engage in high-altitude work.
b.The construction machinery and rigging shall be inspected by the foreman before construction and shall be used only after passing.
c.Forbidden to work in winds above four levels.
d.Safety regulations in "Safety Regulations" shall be strictly enforced in the operation of hoisting workers, and safety education shall be carried out by safety personnel before hoisting.
e.In the process of lifting, the component should be put into position and then operated. When untying the sling of the component, the safety belt should be tied in a firm place to prevent falling from the air.
f.The lifting operation point shall not be less than 2m from the high voltage line and not less than 1m from the low voltage line, otherwise measures shall be taken before construction.
g.In the same vertical line, it is strictly forbidden to construct up and down at the same time.
h.Operation at height. All kinds of tools and accessories should be put into the tool bag, it is strictly prohibited to throw, throwing to prevent object strikes.
i.The component in place should be smooth, avoid vibration and swing, to be tightened before releasing the sling.
j.Construction with oxygen cylinders, acetylene bottles, must be more than 10m away from the open fire, the two are 10m away from each other to avoid exposure, barbecue, moving collision is prohibited to prevent fire.
k.To use qualified electrical equipment, and a special electrician is responsible.
