a. Rod manufacturing process: Purchase steel pipe → inspection of material, specification, surface quality (anti-corrosion treatment) → undercutting, beveling → assembly spot welding with cone head or sealing plate → welding → inspection → anti-corrosion pre-treatment → anti-corrosion treatment.
b. Bolt ball manufacturing process: pressure processing steel bar (or ingot) or round steel for machining → forging blank → normalizing treatment → processing positioning thread hole (M20) and its surface → processing each thread hole and plane → playing processing work number, playing ball number → anticorrosion pretreatment → anticorrosion treatment.
c.Tapered head and sealing plate fabrication process: Finished steel material → forging blank of tire mold → normalizing treatment → machining.
d.Welded ball node grid manufacturing process: purchase of steel pipe → inspection of material, specifications, surface quality → sample placement → material placement → hollow ball production → assembly → anti-corrosion treatment.
e.Welded hollow ball fabrication process: material (with imitation cutter) → pressing (heating) forming → machine tool or automatic gas cutting bevel → welding → seam nondestructive inspection → anticorrosion treatment → packaging.
H.Assembly
a. Before assembly, the staff must be familiar with the construction drawings of the components and the relevant technical requirements and review the quality of the parts to be assembled according to the requirements of the construction drawings.
b. Due to the insufficient size of raw materials or technical requirements that need to be spliced parts, generally must be assembled before the completion of splicing.
c. The following provisions must be followed when using the tire mold assembly.
The chosen site must be flat and have sufficient strength.
The layout of the assembly mold must be based on the characteristics of its steel components to consider the amount of pre-placement welding shrinkage and other various processing allowances.
After assembling the first batch of members, a comprehensive inspection must be conducted by the quality inspection department, and only after passing the inspection can the assembly be continued.
Components in the assembly process must be assembled in strict accordance with the provisions of the process, when there are hidden welds, must first apply to weld, and only after passing the inspection can covered. When there are complex assembly parts that are not easy to weld, the method of welding while assembling can also be used to complete its assembly work.
In order to reduce deformation and assembly order, can be taken first assembled into parts, and then assembled into members of the method.
d. The choice of the assembly method of steel structure components must be based on the structural characteristics and technical requirements of the components, combined with the processing capacity of the manufacturing plant, machinery and equipment, etc., to choose a method that can effectively control the quality of assembly and high production efficiency.
e. Typical structural assembly
