2. Quality control of steel works

As a supplier, the steel selection plant must have a steel bar factory qualification certificate, a raw material quality certificate and a raw material test report sheet. After the steel bars enter the site, the joint acceptance and the raw materials are re-tested according to the batch, and the project can be used for the construction after passing the test.

Finished product protection

The steel construction team is the main product protection person. The professional team such as hydropower construction must have the protection measures of the steel works before the operation, and the finished product protection must be implemented.

The reinforced steel bars are strictly prohibited from being stepped on, and the template supports or concrete pouring must be laid with a springboard or a platform.

The main reinforcement of the steel bar is strictly prohibited from spot welding or welding with its fixed parts (except lightning protection grounding).

Special care should be provided for concrete pouring, and adjustments should be made immediately if there is deviation.

The exposed main ribs of the slab column are protected by plastic (PVC) sleeves when the concrete is poured.
