Fireproof grade A is non-combustible material with a heat preservation effect, non-combustible material. At present mainly refers to the composite polyurethane board, composite phenolic board, vacuum insulation board, rock wool, mineral wool, glass wool, a-class non-combustible material has small density, low thermal conductivity, high bearing capacity, construction is convenient, economic and durable and other characteristics, widely used as a heat pipe, heat equipment, and other industrial piping equipment and industrial building heat insulation materials and industrial and civil building palisade structure heat preservation, heat insulation, sound absorption materials. Because of its good thermal stability, it is used as a refractory protective coating material for steel structures.
The outer roof of the building has good heat preservation, heat insulation, sound insulation effect, and polyurethane does not promote combustion, in line with fire safety. The upper and lower boards with polyurethane have high strength and stiffness. The lower board is smooth and level, with clear lines, which increases the indoor beauty and flatness. Convenient installation, short construction period, beautiful, is a new type of building materials.
The closed-hole ratio of the core material is greater than or equal to 97%, and the heat insulation performance is superior
The product has passed the inspection of the National Fire Extinguishing System and Fire-resistant components Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and the combustion level has reached Class B standard
The good sound-absorbing property, to rain, hail, and other impact caused by the sound has a subtractive effect
No formaldehyde, no microbial invasion, recyclable
Various surface forms and rich colors; Reduce material loss, save construction time and engineering cost
Polyurethane panels are manufactured in a highly controlled, constant-temperature factory environment with stable quality and fast construction. They have been in use for more than 35 years
The fireproof grade B1 is the fireproof insulation material, is determined according to the fireproof limit of this material, mainly has the graphite polystyrene board, the extruding plastic board, the real gold board, and so on. In addition, different parts of the material division also have a difference. Combustion performance: refers to all physical and/or chemical changes that occur when materials and/or products are burned by fire, that is the reaction characteristics to fire.
Fireproof grade B2 is combustible insulation material also known as flame retardant material, mostly organic insulation material. EPS expanded polystyrene board and XPS extruded polystyrene board are commonly known as the general board. The material has a low ignition point and releases large amounts of harmful gases during combustion.
The following is the construction and installation method of glass wool insulation material for steel structure workshop and matters that need attention.
Roof construction
a.When laying the glass cotton felt, stick the surface towards the side of the room, perpendicular to the purlin, and leave about 20cm more felt at the side of one eave, and fix it on the outermost purlin with the special fixture or double-sided tape.
b.Ensure the alignment and tensioning when unwinding, lay the glass cotton felt to the other eave, and keep 20cm more felt, and fix it on the outermost purlin with the special fixture or double-sided tape.
c. The two rolls of cotton are bound together by stapler binding on the flaps.
d. Install the color steel plate on the roof, remove the special fixture at the eaves, and use the reserved 20cm veneer to draw the edge of the glass wool.
f. Pay attention to the tensioning, alignment and tight joints between rolls of glass cotton felt. When a longitudinal lap is needed, lap joints should be installed in the purlins.
g. According to the project needs, in order to avoid the emergence of a cold bridge, can consider on the purlin mat some hard insulation materials.
Wall construction
a. Stick face to the side of the room, from the eave to roll to the wall foot, use double-sided tape to fix the glass cotton on the lowest end of the purlin, leave more than 20 cm.
b. Cut off the glass cotton felt when it exceeds 20 cm of wall roof purlin, and fix it with double-sided tape.
c. The glass cotton edge, install the wall color steel plate.
d. The two rolls of cotton are bound together by stapler binding on the flaps.
e. Pay attention to keep the glass cotton roll tensioned, aligned, vertical and tight joints between the rolls.
Matters needing attention
a. Glass wool should be placed in a dry and ventilated place to avoid rain during transportation.
b. The glass wool should be kept away from the open fire, and special attention should be paid to the molten welding slag at the construction site.
c. Due to the good resilience of glass wool substrate, and the expansion of general polypropylene paste fabric is greater than the reinforcement, the glass wool substrate may hold up the polypropylene plastic overlay fabric after installation, resulting in obvious longitudinal stripes at the reinforcement. As a result of the force in the construction is not uniform, the density of stripe, direction and depth are not the same, affecting the beauty. The way to avoid this problem is to employ experienced construction personnel in the construction of careful construction, the use of a unified special fixture when the glass wool tensioning.
