1.Organize relevant project manager and technical personnel to review the design drawings.
2.According to the construction drawings and the equipment and technical conditions, work out the main construction plan of the project, and propose the material plan.
3.Inspect the performance of the machinery and testing equipment used in the construction of steel structure to ensure that all equipment in the construction process is in good working condition with full function.
4.In addition to the quality certificate, the materials used in the steel structure project should be retested in accordance with the current national standards and can be used only after they meet the standards.
5.Before the construction of the steel structure project, necessary job training should be provided to the construction personnel of each process to prevent safety and quality accidents.
6.The steel structure needs to be inspected and stacked reasonably when entering the site to facilitate the smooth installation of the components.
7.Before hoisting on site, the cross curve should be played on the embedded parts of the column foot and the elevation control points should be set. The site should be flat and compacted, free of water, and the lanes should be reserved.

The installation of steel columns.
1.Before the steel column is hoisted, a nut and a cover plate should be screwed into every steel column anchor bolt to adjust the installation elevation of the steel column. Before hoisting the steel column, adjust the elevation of the adjusting nut so that the elevation deviation in each group is controlled within 1mm.
2.After the steel column is hoisted in place, first align the centerline of the steel column and the foundation to determine the plane position of the steel columns. As there is a 7mm adjustment margin between the anchor bolt hole and the anchor bolt. Therefore, the deviation between the centerline of the steel column and the foundation can be controlled within the range required by the specification. Then, slightly tighten the nut of the anchor bolt.
3.The verticality of the steel column is adjusted through the nut and shim set under its bottom plate. The verticality of the steel column can be controlled by adjusting the height of the nut slightly. The vertical deviation of the two orthogonal directions is corrected to zero when the steel column is in a free state, and then the anchor bolts are tightened. The elevation of the steel column may be changed slightly, and it will not exceed 2mm under normal circumstances.
4.After the plane position, elevation and verticality of the first section of the steel column have been adjusted, tighten the anchor bolts and adjusting bolts on the bottom of the column base plate. After the adjustment, each column base plate will be fixed with 4 sets of pad irons and then fastened by spot welding.

3.Specific method of steel beam installation.
a.Assemble the steel beams.
b.The whole steel beam is composed of four sections, which are formed into a whole before hoisting, and then the connecting high-strength bolts are tightened.
c.Install protective piles on the entire beam and pull safety ropes on the piles. Set two slide ropes at both ends of the beam. In addition, use steel pipe scaffolding to fix the lower chord of the beam, and pull the protective net on the scaffolding.
d.Set the lifting point at a distance of 4 meters from the middle grid for lashing. Special hoisting tools should be used for steel beam hoisting, and the two ends of the steel beam must be horizontal after lifting.
