Insulation cotton has rock wool, glass fiber and other materials, insulation cotton has excellent thermal insulation performance, construction and installation convenience, energy-saving effect is remarkable, low thermal conductivity and other characteristics. At present, the domestic steel structure plant roofing system adopts:
(1) steel wire mesh + aluminum foil insulation cotton + single color plate; (2) double color plate + insulation cotton and other two ways.
The following mainly introduces the construction method of steel wire mesh + aluminum foil insulation cotton + single color board roofing:
Stainless steel wire or galvanized wire cross pull out diamond or rectangular shape, with 215 cm long self-tapping nails fixed in the purlin, laying glass wool felt, aluminum foil surface facing the indoor side, perpendicular to the purlin, leaving about 20 cm more felt at the eaves on both sides, with double-sided tape to fix it on the outermost guillotine purlin. Use the reserved 20cm veneer to close the edge of the glass wool. Pay attention to the tension of glass wool felt rolls, alignment, tight joints between rolls and rolls, longitudinal need to lap, lap joints should be arranged at the purlin. According to the needs of the project, in order to avoid the generation of cold bridge, you can consider the pad of rigid insulation material on the purlin.
4. Gutter and eaves
According to the structure, the gutter can be divided into three forms: external drainage gutter, internal drainage gutter and free-falling gutter. Free falling water and external drainage gutter gable form can be used in preference. According to the material, there are stainless steel gutter, steel plate gutter, and color plate gutter. As the main drainage system of the roof, the gutter determines the function of rain and snow discharge and the normal use of the building roof.
In cold areas, with winter indoor and outdoor temperature differences, condensation will appear under the inner gutter, therefore, it is required to lay insulation cotton under the gutter, and the practice shown in Figure 1 can be used in the construction. Insulation cotton is fixed by hanging the purlin of the gutter. At the same time, in the bottom of the gutter plus a edge (generally using color steel plate), such as edge A, both beautiful and can be fixed insulation cotton.
In the north few rain areas and the project does not have high requirements for the gable can be used free falling water gable, gable from the wall outward pick, the actual pick out of the wall should not be less than 300 mm. If the wall and roof color board is a single board, the wallboard and the roof board between the jagged gap generated by the special board type of water blocking parts to seal. When the slope of the roof is less than 1/10, the edge of the board at the trough of the roof panel should be bent downward by 5-10mm with a clamp for dripping.
External drainage gutter gable is widely used in engineering because of its good leakproofness and low cost. External drainage gutters are mostly made of color board gutter. In construction, the color board gutter does not need to support its structural members, its wall can be directly close to the external wall panel, set up support pieces on the wall, in the roof panel out of the connection pieces picked on the outer wall of the gutter, each section of the gutter lap each other, using pull rivet connection and sealant seal. The practice shown in Figure 2 can be used in the project.
5. Wrapping and flooding
Wrapping and flooding not only outline the lines of the building, affecting the aesthetic degree of the building, while structurally linking the building into a whole, wind and rain, making the building more robust and durable.
