Construction method

1. Construction process arrangement

Roof: Color panels enter the site, operation platform establishment, gutter installation, lower board installation, insulated cotton laying, roof panel installation, roof ridge cap installation, gable flooding installation, gutter waterproofing.

Wall: Color panels enter the site, operation platform establishment, wall line installation, insulated cotton laying, interior wall panel installation, flashing parts installation, door and window covered edges installation, engineering acceptance.

2.The steel panels of the steel structure

a.Gutter Installation

The distance between columns of the workshop is 6m, and each gutter is divided into two sections. The connecting part of the two sections will be welded together. In order to avoid deformation during welding, the joints are welded by indirect spot welding firstly until the joints are completely flat, then hoisting and welding are carried out in sequence.

b.Roof panel construction method

Pave the rock wool and roof panel simultaneously. Pay attention to the horizontal flatness of the roof panel during the installation. Before laying the first piece, use steel tape to measure the parallel size of the parapet wall to the steel beam, and positioning. When laying the third to fifth roof panels, measure whether the width of the roof ridge and the cornice are the same to ensure that the roof is parallel and the maximum slope does not exceed the standard 20mm.

3.Construction method of gable flashing and roof ridge cover

After the roof panel installation is completed, the roof ridge cornice shall be waterproofed by the flashing edge. The length of the overlapping part shall not be less than 100mm when installing the ridge cap and connect with rivets. All exposed rivets should be sealed with a sealant after the installation of ridge cover is completed.

4.Installation method of wall panel

When installing the wall panel, install the outer wall panel firstly, which is fixed on the outside of the purlin. After the first piece of the outer wall panel is fixed, the super straight line leveling is carried out, and the lower part of the flashing is leveled smoothly, and then the installation is carried out in sequence. After installation, in order to prevent the insulation surface from sagging, rock wool should be laid on a large area to ensure that the insulation surface is fixed and not sagging.

Quality assurance measures

1.The workers need to receive a three-level education firstly once they enter the site. They should emphasize the key points of construction operation and strengthen quality awareness. A detailed technical explanation must be made to the workers before starting every process.

2.All materials and equipment required for the project must have a certificate of conformity or material certificate. All types of certificates should be registered in a list and verified with the actual object. If there is no such document, acceptance or construction can be refused.

3.During transportation, stacking, and hoisting, it is strictly forbidden to deform the color plate and peel off the coating.

4.After the color plate is formed, there should be no visible cracks, peeling, and scratches on the coating.

5.After the color board is formed, the surface should be clean without obvious bumps and wrinkles.

6.The color board, flashing board, and corner board are fixed reliably and firmly, and the anti-corrosion coating and sealing materials should be installed intact

7.The installation of color panels should be smooth and straight, and there should be no construction residues and dirt on the panel surface. The cornice should be in a straight line, and there should be no untreated wrong holes.

8.The project management department and other operation teams shall strictly follow the approved technical documents for construction and shall not change at will. On-site technicians and quality inspectors have the right to inspect the implementation and promptly correct the construction methods that violate the established measures.

9.If the original construction process is found to be defective, the person in charge of the site technology shall propose a modification opinion. Once it is agreed with the original approval department, notify the change in the form of a technical contact form.

10.For drawing modification or material substitution proposed by the owner or design unit, there should be a formal change drawing or notice.

11.If there are changes due to construction needs or rationalization suggestions, the project management department will propose to the owner in the form of a technical contact sheet, and then execute it after receiving a formal reply.

12.Fora problem that may occur in the construction which needs to be consulted the superior technical department, it will be implemented after the plan is confirmed.

13.The constructors, quality inspectors, and team leaders should make various construction records timely and earnestly to truthfully reflect the construction situation.
