Purlins and the bracing system should cooperate with steel structure lifting, cross-work and flowing construction.
The steel structure project purlin installation can be installed by pulley borrowing method, the installation requirements screw hole position alignment, tightening degree is reasonable. According to the specification of purlin and the use of parts, use manual borrowing force suspension pull to the corresponding position of the roof or wall elevation installation.
Support should be installed in time according to the requirements, requiring accurate installation position and design requirements to ensure the overall rigidity and stability of the steel structure.
Immediately after the completion of lifting to adjust the verticality and level between the members, in order to ensure the correct alignment between the continuous members, it is necessary to timely install the inter-column support and horizontal support and adjusts these supports. Adjustment of column bracing should be made so that one side of the column bracing is locked and the other side is relaxed, and when the column has reached verticality, then the column bracing should be finally locked to the "tension" condition, but do not lock the diagonal bracing too tightly and damage the members. From the eaves to the ridge, use the ridge point as the center point to adjust the horizontal support, and align the roof beam to keep the roof vertical. In short, only after adjusting the verticality of all the components square, you can lock the diagonal brace.
Generally, the beam corner brace is connected to the roof beam on the ground and bolted to the roof purlin only after lifting. The angles are fixed with expansion bolts and the wall angles are installed from the eaves to the ridge and preferably fixed on the wing edge under the wall purlins.
When installing roof and wall ties and ties, the level of purlins should be adjusted in time and the bending deformation of purlins caused by transportation or stacking should be corrected.
Leveling: Before purlin installation, purlin support points should be measured and leveled, low points should be properly padded, and the height difference between purlins should be strictly controlled within ±5mm.
Line drawing: Purlin support points should be fixed according to the design requirements of the support point position, so the support points should be inked out (or drawn out) the center position for purlin installation positioning, to ensure the straightness of the purlin and layout according to the purlin layout diagram.
Vertical lifting and arrangement: After the purlins are properly bundled according to the arrangement, they are lifted to the designated position with a car crane, and then arranged according to the drawing and purlin specifications to achieve reasonable stacking and correct arrangement (or the purlins of various specifications are lifted to the position according to the drawing on the construction site and lifted to the roof by pulley).
Lap joint: The installer will bolt the purlins according to the drawing and measure the position of the fixing point before connection to ensure that the spacing and position are correct, the straightness is not more than 6mm and the height difference is not more than 5mm.
