General requirements for the architectural design of single-story steel structure factory buildings
The architectural design of single-story steel structure factory buildings is mainly single-span and multi-span single-story factory buildings loaded by steel columns, steel roof trusses or steel roof beams. The seismic design of single-story light steel structure factory buildings should meet special regulations. For the plant layout and seismic joint setting requirements, please refer to the relevant regulations of the single-story reinforced concrete column plant. The width of the seismic joint should not be less than 1.5 times the width of the seismic joint of the single-story concrete column plant.
The structural analysis system of a single-story steel structure factory building shall meet the following requirements:
1. The lateral anti-side force system of the factory building, the top beam can be connected to the rigidity of the column with the roof frame structure or the frame bending or the hinged bending structure of the capital, the cantilever structure, or other column structure. The longitudinal anti-side force system of the factory building should adopt inter-column support at degrees 6 and 7, and rigid-connected frames can also be used when conditions are limited; at degrees 8 and 8 should adopt inter-column supports.
2. The roof should be equipped with a complete roof support system. When the roof beam and column top hinge, bolts should be used.
3. When a bridge crane is installed in a single-story steel structure factory building, the connection between the components of the crane beam system and the factory building column should be able to reliably transmit the horizontal seismic effect of the longitudinal development.
4. In the maximum stress area where the component may produce plastic hinges, to avoid welding joints. For components that are too thick to be connected by bolts, butt welds and other strong connections can be used. The supporting members between the columns shall be made of whole section steel, and the section steel shall be used as the supporting member during welding. When the maximum length of the material is exceeded, butt welds may be used. The connection between the column support and the member shall not be less than 1.2 of the plastic bearing capacity of the supporting member. Times. For the enclosure structure of the factory building, priority should be given to lightweight steel plates and lightweight. The use of prefabricated reinforced concrete column walls should be flexible when the plants are connected; when the outer shell wall and the column brickwork are tied, the embedded type should not be adopted.
